Once again, the myth of 9/11 was invoked as a pretext for trading in our freedom for “security”. Whatever doubts I harbour of 9/11’s relevance at plus Seven years after the attacks, they are quickly displaced when Fascism creeps at Vermont’s doorstep - under the guise of "terrorism".

I cannot think of anything more dire than our nation's military forces, including several
thousand inter-continental nuclear ballistic missiles, being in the hands of criminals not
loyal to the Constitution or any code of moral conduct. On the morning of 9/11, amid the chaos of the attacks, Bush aboard Air Force One received the threat "Angel is next"(1). Angel is the code for Bush's plane and along with the threat was the recitation of the launch codes for our nuclear arsenal. No other clues are as damming as to the origin of the 9/11 attacks.

I am referring to former NYC Mayor Giuliani. Giuliani, along with Richard Sheirer of the OEM and Bernard Kerik, had "drilled building collapses and plane crashes" at the WTC (read practiced the attacks) prior to 9/11 as per Kerik's 2004 testimony(1) Mr. Giuliani was also privy to a phone bridge concerning flight 175 and did nothing to evacuate or notify the South Tower of the World Trade Center. (2) Not only are these people not in handcuffs, they are parading themselves around as exemplary Americans, and one is running for the highest office in the country. Where is the opposition?
